Our Head Chef Jeffrey Wouters and his culinary team welcome you to Ike's Bistro. While the Mediterranean region is our main focus, our creative chefs have a passion for avant-garde fusion strongly inspired by Caribbean ingredients. They compose beautiful dishes with subtle and complex flavors.

At Ike's Bistro we choose the freshest and best products we can get, while subsequently promoting local farmers and fishermen. As our guest you will enjoy organic and local produce and products. Many of our culinary creations utilize fresh herbs and produce from our on-site greenhouse where we grow different herbs and condiments including fiery Madam Janette pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, and lemongrass.
We firmly believe in providing our guests with the highest quality ingredients. Also, please inform of us prior to your visit regarding any food allergy or restrictions.
