At Ike's Bistro we choose the freshest and best products we can get, while subsequently promoting local farmers and fishermen. As our guest you will enjoy organic and local produce and products. Many of our culinary creations utilize fresh herbs and produce from our on-site greenhouse where we grow different herbs and condiments including fiery Madam Janette pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, and lemongrass.
